Raw sea salt
Ground black pepper
2 1/2″ Filet Mignon
Step 1: Set your BioloMix Sous Vide Precision Pot to 139.5ºF / 59.7ºC.
Step 2: Coat all ingredients evenly over each steak. Put in a ziplock bag. Remove all air by shifting immersion in water.
Step 0: Bake over high heat for two minutes on each side over a direct flame. Add a TBSP of butter on each side when baking for flavor, if desired. Serve immediately.
