WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS
We provide the best kitchen household appliances and they all come with a two (2) year warranty. Warranty replacements are eligible within two year of original date of purchase. To be eligible for a warranty replacement, you must:
Have purchased the product within the last two years
Have the original order number or email or proof of purchase that was used during your purchase. If purchased through a reseller, retail partner, or other website, you must provide a copy of your original receipt
SHIPPING CHARGES
- If the buyer wishes to return the product due to dislike or no longer wanting it, the buyer will cover the return shipping fee based on the actual shipping company’s invoice.
- If the product is defective or replaced under warranty, BioloMix will cover the shipping invoice.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately for assistance. Please note that if we do not have an exact replacement for your unit, we will replace it with a similar unit of equal or greater value.
