Asparagus roll Sous vide

Ingredients for 2

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Sea salt
  • Dried ham

Directions
Step 1
Set your BioloMix Sous Vide Cooker to 92ºC / 197.6ºF

Step 2
Put your asparagus under vacuum accompanied by the butter cut into pieces

Step 3
Cook for 12 minutes then take out

Final steps
Step 0
Take the asparagus out of the dry, salt and make rolls with the ham around 3 asparagus

Step 1
Sprinkle with parmesan if desired and serve!
