  • 2 elk steaks, about 8 ounces each
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Directions

Attach an BioloMix sous vide Cooker to a vessel of water and set the temperature to 130°F (54°C).
